Your "Glow & Regenerate" routine with ABBIE
A four-step guide so the actives can do their full job.
Step 1
Prep & cleanse
Start with a thorough cleanse (LEON works well) to clear away dirt, sebum and any traces of make-up. The fine molecular structures in ABBIE’s actives can only sink in properly on clean skin.
Step 2
Apply onto slightly damp skin
Don’t apply ABBIE to bone-dry skin. After cleansing, mist with a hydrosol or simply leave the skin slightly damp. The oil bonds with the surface moisture and forms an instant emulsion – it absorbs faster and pulls moisture into the skin instead of just sitting on top.
Step 3
Warm it in your palms
Drop two or three drops of the botanical face oil into your palms. Rub them together briefly to bring the oil to body temperature. That activates the essential oils so you get the full botanical scent the moment you apply.
Step 4
Press, don’t drag
Gently press your palms onto cheeks, forehead and chin. Instead of rubbing, press in or use light upward strokes. It boosts circulation and gives that immediate healthy glow without leaving an oily film.
Fourth Era ABBIE is a perfect match if…
- You'd take a quiet, lit-from-within glow over a flat finish.
- You want a regenerating night routine that works while you sleep.
- You care about pure plant actives at their highest concentration.
- You want to head off premature ageing before it starts.

Common questions about Fourth Era Abbie
What is Fourth Era ABBIE?
Who is Fourth Era ABBIE for?
ABBIE is built for people whose skin reacts to common skincare ingredients like lavender or rosemary. It's also suitable for newborns, expecting parents, people with eczema, and anyone with reactive or over-stimulated skin.
What's in Fourth Era ABBIE?
Roman chamomile, jojoba oil, cocoa butter and other plant oils - without lavender, rosemary, water or preservatives. Every ingredient is 100% active. Not a single one is a filler.
Can ABBIE be used for eczema?
ABBIE works well as supportive care for eczema-prone skin - it's hypoallergenic and free of the usual triggers. It doesn't replace medical treatment, but in calm phases it can gently strengthen the skin barrier.
Is Fourth Era ABBIE safe for babies?
Yes, ABBIE is suitable from birth: hypoallergenic, free of lavender and rosemary, pH-conscious. For newborns with eczema we recommend a quick patch test and a quick word with your paediatrician or midwife.
Can I use Fourth Era ABBIE during pregnancy?
Yes - ABBIE is specifically suitable during pregnancy because it leaves out known triggers like lavender and rosemary. As with any new product during pregnancy, it's worth running it past your obstetrician.
What sets Fourth Era ABBIE apart from a conventional sensitive cream?
Standard sensitive creams are 50–80% water and need preservatives to stay stable. Fourth Era ABBIE is waterless, preservative-free, and 100% active care ingredients.
